Hello! Thanks for stopping by today! I wanted to share an easy breakfast recipe that I tried over the weekend and loved how they turned out! I found this recipe on Pinterest and tweaked it just slightly to how I wanted.
Reed’s parents were in town from Memphis and I wanted a yummy but easy breakfast one morning and we all really enjoyed these. I hope you all enjoy this recipe and hope you have a great Memorial Day!
•plain or everything bagels (my favorite is Dave’s plain bagels)
•everything but the bagel seasoning
•5 eggs scrambled
•shredded cheese of your choice
•1 package of ground sausage
•place all of your bagels (however many you need) on a baking pan
•toast each side of the bagels in the toaster first just slightly
•ground your sausage and scramble your eggs in separate skillets on the stovetop
•use butter to spread across each bagel, then sprinkle cheese on top
•next, add your scrambled eggs and add your ground sausage to the bagel
•add more cheese on top of the bagels and then pop them in the oven for 5-10 min for the cheese to melt
•I served with green onions and fruit on the side! So easy and good!
