Recipe: Basic Chicken Fajitas

Hi everyone! Another requested recipe is how I make our go-to weekly chicken fajitas! Such a staple in our house along with tacos! We love our Mexican food 🙂 This is a basic chicken fajitas recipe and I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

•1 package or raw chicken breast or strips cut up into thing strips or cubes

•1 or 2 sliced bell peppers in your choice of color

•1 or 2 white onions sliced

•Avocado Oil for Cooking

•Homemade seasoning: parsley, cumin, paprika, oregano, onion powder, chili powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper for spice (add salt and pepper as needed)

Details:

•add avocado oil to your skillet on top of stove (or you can bake your fajitas as well by adding all ingredients to a sheet pan at 375 until sizzled & crisp

•once oil is in skillet, add your chicken, peppers, and onions on medium high and cook until desired crispiness

•I add a little more oil and add seasoning at the end and give a good stir to combine

•service with tortillas, tostadas, sweet potato chips, lettuce, and all the toppings! Another staple at our house 🙂
