Recipe: Healthy Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins (no sugar added)

Hi friends! Happy New Year! It’s been a couple weeks since I posted to my blog because it has been super busy around here over the last month with moving and the holidays and sickness. With all of that being said, I wanted to get back to my regular posting with fun ideas, recipes, and things I enjoy! First up, these healthy oatmeal muffins filled with yummy apples and cinnamon. There is no sugar added except honey!

These are super easy to make and a great idea for breakfast on the go and to simply make ahead. I omitted the honey in this batch so Rush can eat them. I topped his with some peanut butter and he loved them. I hope you enjoy this recipe I found on Pinterest! Happy Monday 🙂
