Happy Thursday! It’s almost the weekend friends! I wanted to share a super easy and yummy dessert dip I made this week for my community group. We enjoyed it, as it’s not super sweet and has just the right amount of chocolate & peanut butter! It was delicious and such a good recipe to use for the upcoming holidays for an easy dessert. This would be great for any occasion. I found this recipe on Pinterest and loved it. I hope you enjoy it as well 🙂
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
dipping supplies (graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, apple slices, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
Add in the brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, continuing to beat for another 2-3 minutes, until dip is light and fluffy.
Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups.
Serve right away with favorite ‘dippers’ or refrigerate to serve later.
