Recipe: Mam’s Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

Happy Thursday! We’re almost to the weekend, woo hoo! I wanted to share an awesome fall coffee cake recipe with you today. This is great for coffee haha and for a breakfast get together or if you just want to bring a friend or neighbor something easy and delicious.

My wonderful grandma aka “Mam” made this several weeks ago for us and it was so good I wanted to make it as well. The recipe is so easy, I couldn’t believe it! Here is the recipe and I hope you enjoy!! Xo Tesla

Ingredients & Details:

-1 yellow cake mix

-1 package of instant pudding mix (French vanilla)

-1 cup of sour cream

-3/4 cup of oil

-4 eggs

•Mix all of this together

•In a separate bowl mix these ingredients:

-1 cup of sugar

-1 tablespoon of cinnamon

-1 tablespoon of cocoa

-chopped nuts if desired

•Mix all of these dry ingredients together

•Next, grab a bundt pan and grease it really good

– set your oven for 350 for 50 min

-pour half of your cake batter in the bundt pan

-then sprinkle and coat the middle layer of the bundt cake with the cinnamon sugar mix

-use a straw or something longer to create swirls in the mixture

-then later the second half of your cake batter on top of that

-bake in the oven for 50 min and you have it 🙂

To make the icing:

-mix powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla
